When assigning reviewers to a revised version of an article, one needs to manually check, which reviewers have reviewed the previous version and to assign those reviewers again to the revised version.

The reviewers of the previous version are offered in the assign reviewers dialogue in front of all reviewers, so that it is easy to select previous reviewers.
