OCS impossible to show the custom review forms to the authors

In OCS 2.3.6.0

We have a custom review form, we have some fields signed as to show to the authors.

The director decides " review required" but the authors can’t see the review form but only the attached file.

It is a grave issue!!!

Hi @it_staff_euroturbo,

The Director needs to send the review comments to the author via email, using the “Import Peer Reviews” button in the author notification.
