Hello
I tried to clean the paper report up and hide tests and errors but I saw that even if delete from the admin, the papers still appear on the report.
Is there a way to clean the table via the admin or via sql ?
Tanks for your answer
regards
Hi @ruegama,
How did you delete the papers in administration?

Hello
Yes I did
but they are still i the report (Stats & Reports / Paper reports) and the number of total submissions is also considering these deleted ones.
recording a decison (decline) then go to the page “archives” and delete
HI,
I am using
2.3.6.0
Hi @ruegama,
Hmm, archiving and then deleting from the archive should definitely be removing the papers fully; when you do that, do you receive any error message? Can you check your error log for anything relevant? And forgive me for asking, but is it possible that you’re looking for the wrong paper in the report? (The best way to answer all of these is probably to create a new test submission and try deleting it.)

Hi, I’ve not found any explanations so
Could you tell me how I can delete these “ghost papers” with phpMyAdmin ? (which tables are concerned)
Thanks a lot
Hi @ruegama,
I’m still not sure why the archive / delete process didn’t work. But if you remove the entries from the papers
table, you should be OK; this will leave a few dependent entities in other tables but they won’t cause problems.
