OAI Error(s) because of the new URL

Please, someone help.

Our journal, Agrotech journal changed the URL from the previous https://usnsj.com/index.php/ATJ/index to https://usnsj.id/index.php/ATJ/index.
This change causes our previously active OAI to all become inactive: https://usnsj.id/index.php/ATJ/oai
with the inactive part:
schema http://www.loc.gov/standards/marcxml/schema/marc21slim.xsd not found

Could you please help our problem?

Thank You.

Hello @Indausn_2018,

I noticed that you are still using OJS 2 on your installation. Please note that OJS 2 is no longer maintained or supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance with your question.

You may find the following resources helpful in preparing for and performing the upgrade:

These resources will introduce you to OJS 3 and how it is different from OJS 2:

You may need to seek professional support to upgrade your installation. This can usually be acquired from the service provider that hosts or maintains your software, such as the technical support team at your institution or a third-party hosting provider.

Best regards,

Roger

Hi @Indausn_2018,

At a glance, it looks like you might’ve accidentally changed your character set configuration when you moved from one server to another. It looks like special characters are not correctly encoded, which is causing the XML served by the OAI interface to show parsing errors. If my suspicion is correct, you might also see special characters corrupted elsewhere in the system. I think that might be the cause of the problems you’re having, not the Marc21 URL.

But as Roger says above, it’s important to look into upgrading! OJS 2.x is quite obsolete by now.
