Describe the issue or problem
When sending out the ‘Notify Reviewers’ email as part of the decision, the system automatically populated the message with incorrect information. It stated that the paper had been accepted without revisions, even though revisions were requested and submitted prior to that.
Editors will need to manually update this each time they accept a paper, otherwise, it might always appear as though papers are accepted without revisions.
Steps I took leading up to the issue

Request revisions from authors

Authors submit revisions

Click on ‘Accept’ to accept the paper

Press continue/skip this email buttons to proceed to ‘Notify Reviewers’ stage

You will see that the populated section reads as follows:
We have chosen to accept this submission without revisions.
instead of ….
We have chosen to accept this submission [following/after] revisions.
What application are you using?
OJS 3.4.0.9
But I did test this on 3.5 also (via the test drive feature), and the same thing happened.
