With OJS 3.6 we will get Open Peer Review and User Comments. Talking with scientists, an option to be informed when a new version of an article is published would be much valued. Also, whenever a new review is published, or a new comment, users may want to be informed.

I would like users to have a subscribe button on the publication’s page.

Currently readers can subscribe to new issue and new announcements, editors have some more options: Can this system be leveraged to include such types of notifactions? If not, how could this best be integrated (I’m asking as a developer
