Notification to series editor contains link for reviewer in OMP

Hi,

in the notification to editors (“All reviews are in …”), the reviewers link is used instead of the link for the series editor, thus calling the link leads to an “The current role does not have access to this operation” error.

I tested in in OMP 1.2 and a 3.1 (fresh pull).

Oh, yes, it seems to be a bug in the current OMP stable release. The newer OMP version i.e. the master branch does not have it any more.
