Hi, I am using OJS3.1, and there is a problem when new review submitted. We are a multi-journal platform and it caused a huge workload for checking the status every day.
Is there any way to set up a function to notify the AE or journal editor when there is a new review submitted.

Which version exactly are you using? 3.1.1.0? or 3.1.1.2?
We have the same problem, would love to have the opportunity to receive notification by email after every new review submiting. Now we use 3.1.0.1 version.

3.1.0.1 had this bug OJS 3.1.0.1 "All reviews are in" notifications are not being sent anymore · Issue #3423 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub, it is fixed in the lates OJS version.
