OJS3 does not give a response notification that the editorial decision was made and email sent to authors, in Resubmit for review form (email to authors).
I inadvertently repeated the procedure three times, thinking that email was not sent and decision not recorded. However, when I checked the Editorial history, I saw that the procedure was recorded each time.
