Notification e-mail is empty

Hi,
When there is a submission of a paper in OJS I am getting an email, as if it comes from the author who submitted the contribution, but the body of the email is empty.
Any hint on what might be going on?

I am using 3.1.1 (we do not have a new one yet, right? )
