Nothing is showing in settings->journal

I have successfully fresh installed the OJS3.1.1.4, there is nothing showing in the Settings->Journal and also Settings->website.

I had same experience but it solved when I try using another computer with high specs and after that I running with old laptop first.

Check your PHP error log and your browser’s error console for details.
