Not accepting submissions at this time in OMP

Hello
Could you tell me please, why after install OMP 3.1.2-4 I see this message “This press is not accepting submissions at this time.” on Submission page?

How can I provide access for authors for submission manuscripts?

Hi @roman_rsglobal,

If you’re still having this issue, please check that there are Series set up for authors to submit to.
