Sir, public HTML folder is a non-web-accessible location or not? This question is related to (Install OJS so that the files directory is NOT a subdirectory of the OJS installation and cannot be accessed directly via the web server.)
In config.inc.php, there is a files_dir setting. This should point to a directory on your server that is not web accessible. This is not the public directory shown when you install OJS.
The public directory is a web-accessible directory available from the OJS root. This is where we store some public files, like journal logos.
