No submission file uploaded OJS 2.4.6.0

Hi
I installed OJS latest version 2.4.6.0. When I upload the file ,it shows ‘No submission file uploaded.’
But when I installed the same in my local laptop using XAMPP it works fine.

That sounds like a file permission problem. See the FAQ for information on file permissions.
