No return email with a new password

I have the following problem: I’m trying to reset the password, but no return email comes to my email box :frowning:

Hi @apla,

Can clarify: are you a user for your site, or you an administrator (either site admin or journal admin). If it is the latter, can you please indicate your version # (e.g. 3.3.0-11)?

I’m a journal admin, the OJS version is 3.3.0.8.
