I do not know if it has happened to other publishers, but with the latest OJS update we find that, despite being displayed in the metadata, the names and surnames of the authors of the articles do not appear. That happens only with the new articles, but not with the old ones that were loaded. I have seen in queries about OMP, that there was a similar error and mention is made of the main installation language. Our main language is Spanish, and the secondary language is English. When we invert the languages by placing English as primary and Spanish as secondary, the names and surnames of the authors are displayed correctly. When I return to indicate Spanish as the primary language, the names of the authors on the cover are lost again. Any solution about it?

Hi @Webrodleir,

This thread might be helpful: OMP is not showing all authors in the chapter field - #10 by asmecher

Yes, I saw the thread but I can´t find the solution. You can see my problem here:

https://publicacionescientificas.fadu.uba.ar/index.php/anales/index

You can see the two last articles (Ernesto Leborgne and Arturo Herreros, the titles…) but you can´t see the authors. Inside the article, the author is hidden but if you set the lenguaje in english, you can see bouth authors. In this OJS, there is nine journals, and all of them have the same problem…

If somebody can help us…

Eduardo

select * from site;

Hola Eduardo:
