Pude instalar OJS usando XAMMP pero no encuentro la forma de gestionar mi revista. No aparece por ningùn lado. Què debo hacer

It seems you’re AJAX request to retrieve the notifications grid is failing. Do you have any php error log message related to that?
Also, OJS 3 is still under heavy development. For production journals I would recommend using OJS 2.4.6, the last stable release of OJS.
