New submission, new e-mail to all editors

Hello everyone, I need help with an email that is automatically sent, after a new submission, to all editors while it should only reach Journal managers.

the text inside the email is this

Dear {user}
The following submission has been submitted and there is no editor assigned.

etc

I’m looking through the email templates but I can’t find it.

can you help me set this email to reach only journal managers and not all editors?

I found something in the FAQ that could work for us.

in the editor’s profile if I go to notifications I found this item to check.

is it possible that the various editors have to do this procedure to disable the arrival of this email?
