New installation OJS 3.0.2 - Task and menu not loading

After installation, OJS only displays the “Task” and “Administration” menus, does not load the Task menu, only the circle is spinning.

SO - Centos 6.9
PHP 5.6.31
MySQL 5.5.57

Could you check and post here your browser log either? Probably there is something on rendering about this stuck in spinning circle.

This is not a browser fault I checked on Firefox and Edge. And check in debuger in firefox. There are no errors.

I realized your log has a referer entry:

referer: http:///index.php/index/admin/contexts

How is set your config.inc.php parameters and values to base_url option?

The errors are of course mainly cosmetic, but disabling them could help you read the error_logs more easily and maybe find something: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9983286/disabling-strict-standards-in-php-5-4 (I do recall having similar problems a year ago and chancing the error handling settings maybe fixed them, not sure)

I deleted the full path from the logs.
Full path is http://zpub.uek.krakow.pl/index.php/index/admin/contexts
base_url option is not set in config.inc.php
