Navigation keys don't function

Hi.
The navigation items do not have a space to add content they do not open a text box. when we click on the blue triangle to edit.

For example, we cannot add info about the journal, editorial board, aim and scope, … it is a newly installed system for a journal we are establishing.

Could you please attach a screenshot of this issue on your journal? Also, add the OJS and PHP version you are using.
