My tab upload Logo on OJS 3.3.0.14 (header image) is lost, how to Solve it

I have a problem with my OJS 3.3.0.14, on setting website : theme and setup there is no tab upload for logo (header image)? i don’t know how can be like that and how to solve it. i hope I can find a solution on here.
