My ordering of issues

my ordering of issues is out of order even by organizing in the control panel
my ojs is 3x last version what can it be?

Unless a custom ordering has been specified, OJS will order by the issue’s date published. If you have uploaded back issues, the date published may be the date you uploaded the issue rather than the date the issue was actually published. You can edit the Date Published by going to Issues > Back Issues. Click edit below an issue to open it and go to the Issue Data tab. Change the date in the Date Published field. Click Save.
