Would it be possible to have multilingual Title and Abstract in OJS 3x please?

Have you checked Settings–>Website–>Languages?

I do not see such path in my newly installed OJS 3.

What I am looking or is the ability to insert both English and Arabic abstract of an article.

@Dilan_Rostam, that is the path in the menu of your back-end:

You should check both ‘Submission’ and ‘Form’ for Arabic.
