Moving Ojs 3 installation directory

We are using ojs 3.3.0.8. At the beginning, we asked a CS software engineer to install the ojs 3 and created the journal account. Now we need to make some necessary changes on some files within the installation directory, like config. file and others, and that person is not always available to make such changes.

My question is: Can we move the installation directory from his devise to my device, so I can make the necessary changes and not wait for him to be available?

Any other solution is more than welcome.

You can move OJS wherever you want. You just need to have the OJS Requirements.

OJS 3.X System Requirements

To run the latest release of OJS 3.x, your web server will need:

PHP 7.3 or later with MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL support
A database server: MySQL/MariaDB 4.1 or later OR PostgreSQL 9.5 or later
UNIX-like OS recommended (such as Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, Mac OS X, etc.)
