I have a journal section for regular articles and a section for a special issue. An author submitted to the regular article section but meant to submit to the special issue. How do I transfer the submission between sections in OJS 3.1?
You have to go to submission metadata that you will see in upright corner
and when you click on Metada you will see metadata of article including section with drop down list of sections.
Choose proper selection and save changes by clicking on Save button at the bottom of page.
