Modify step 2 in submit files to the open journal system

Hello everyone
May I know is there any way to force the auther to upload two files in the second step of the submission process or make the upload file requird then precced to the third step of submission

Can you please indicate which specific version of OJS you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-13)?
