Modify register form

Dear I am looking for how to modify the registration form. I need to remove “middle name” and “affiliation”. I remove them from RegistrationForm.inc.php but they do not take it from me.

Use OJS 3, boostrap theme.

I’m reviving this topic in case it doesn’t apply to the current version. I don’t see that file - in my installation. Thoughts?
