When we accept a submission the EDITOR_DECISION_ACCEPT email is not sent to the author.
What application are you using?

Is that the only email that is not sending - or are others as well? If so, you may want to consult our email documentation: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/admin-guide/3.3/en/
Please note as well that, a 3.2 version is out-of-date and it’s highly recommended to upgrade, as 3.2 is no longer supported.

Other emails seems to be sending just fine to me.
