Missing rights for one of our journal managers

Hi
A Journal Manager from one of our journals have a problem when she tries to edit the profile of one of their section editors. After clicking the edit link she receives the following message:

That must be an error. How can that be fixed? The person in question is registered as a section editor under the journals ‘Users Enrolled in this Journal’.

Is this a multi-journal install (one site, many journals)? If so, check this user’s roles in the other journals. If a role is assigned in another journal, this user cannot be managed by any one journal’s journal manager.
