Migrate export/import XML conflict... HELP

We are migrating a journal from a standalone OJS 3.2.1.4 installation to a multi-journal installation in a different subdomain running version 3.3.0.21. I need to migrate the issue numbers of a journal from its OJS site to the repository site of the Central University of Venezuela. When using the “export by issue” or “export by article” function, I get the message shown in the attached screenshot. Any idea what’s happening? Please!

Hi @Yra_Rojas,

Import/export XML is not intended to stay compatible across different versions of OJS. There is a tool you can use to convert your old XML to a newer variant before importing:

Alternately, you might consider looking at Lepidus’ “Full Journal Transfer” plugin – though it’s a 3rd-party plugins, so I can’t give specific guidance on details.
