I have problem when upgrading the OJS to 3.1.1-4, some of menus are missing and when i click it shows php code. please help to solve the issue.
We got the same problem after upgrading to 3.1.1-4. In our case the problem was with HTTPS.
The error in the Chrome console was:
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://_______/submissions#’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http:///lib/pkp/js/lib/jquery/plugins/validate/jquery.validate.min.js’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
So we had to add $_SERVER['HTTPS'] = 'on'; to index.php
