Medra Plugin Problem in OJS 3.3.0.8

Dear Alec,

I work as a software engineer at a medical university where we use OJS for our journals. Recently, I installed the Medra Plugin by extracting the received file from GitHub. However, when we attempt to export articles, a 500 error occurs. I’ve searched extensively online and found a discussion suggesting to install plugins automatically instead of unpacking the GitHub file. Therefore, I’d like to uninstall the Medra plugin and reinstall it using the automatic method. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

[/quote] - can you elaborate why you are unable to do so?

Also, for 500 errors, it is best to have a look at your PHP error log and report on errors from there.
