Maximum number of emails

Hi,
I use a Microsoft exchange server. My college has the mail limit set for 500. I currently have 497 users and will exceed that very soon.
What is the work-around?

Sorry for not being clear.

Yes, I am asking about “notify users”

I send announcements and calls for papers to lists of faculty using the college exchange server. I have to break the list into fewer than 500 names per email.

I ask because I assume that “notify users” goes through the same exchange server.

Hi @mel,

If the limit is on recipients per message, you should be fine. The Notify Users feature already breaks up large numbers of recipients into batches; options are set in config.inc.php.
