Looking for an introduction of the oranization to the OJS

I am inheriting a project and have been asked to make an edit to the journal site’s HTML to install a plugin. All I have been instructed to do is paste in code, but my issue is with finding the HTML document to edit. Is is possible to edit this file if all I have is the admin login for OJS and the site wasn’t set up on my computer? I definitely need some guidance on how the whole system works and was set up.

I’m using 3.1.0.1
I am trying to add HTML, it needs to go in the section.

What do you mean by “the section”? (Is it possible that the forum stripped some HTML out of your post? This forum supports Markdown syntax.)
