Locale languages description

Hi all

With these new .po files unter /ojs/locale/xx_YY I don’t find a possibility to change the language descriptions anymore. To modify “Français (Canada)” to just “Français” for example. We run OJS 3.3.0-10.

• maybe not entirely what you were going for, but there are aspects of this that might apply to your situation. I did discuss this with a colleague who had this to say:

As explained in the issue, I would encourage them to do the change at theme level (more control about how it will be shown, easier to maintain…), but changing registry/locales.xml would probably also do the job.
