Loading When Send To Review OJS 3

Hello,

I have problems when sending it to review in OJS 3.
Where that appears when clicking the “Send To Review” button displays a non-stop loading view.

While the internet connection is in good condition
Has anyone have that experienced, Can you help me to solve this problem?

What version of OJS are you using? (Please include this in your posts.)
I’d recommend checking your PHP error log for details.

We are using OJS Version 3.1.0.1
Until now there are 2 pages that display loading pages that do not stop, that is when you want to send for review and also when uploading galley files
Can you help me to solve this problem?

Hi @Marviola_Hardini,

The first column in that listing is the date/time the error or warning was recorded; try looking for something that appeared when you tried to send the reviews.

@Marviola_Hardini Did you manage to sort out the issue? I am having a similar problem.

You should disable the ORCID Profile Plugin
