Can you please outline the steps that you’ve taken to upload the issues (e.g. are you using the editorial workflow, the Quick Submit)? Also, if you are running into an error can you please post your PHP error logs?

Hi @Vetech_Design,
Those messages aren’t related to OJS, and it looks like they come from your web server’s access log, not the PHP error log. I’d suggest checking the PHP error log, and looking for messages that appear at the time the 500 error occurred.

My website(ijmsr.org) OJS integrated Journal website working properly, when i am going to upload new issues/ articles just i am getting loading loading finally system not responding anything. however, before I did not face such kinds of issues.
I feel my OJS version is old. I have come to update the new ojs version on my server finally, I am getting the following error. OJS integrated website not working. however, once i reinstall my existing ojs backup, my website is working except file submission, issues submission issues.

When i try to upgrade my ojs website :
A Database error has occurred : SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error : 1215 Cannot add
foreign key constraint (SQL: alter table submission_files add constraint submission_files_file_id_foreign
foreign key (file_id) references files(file_id)
Your most recent error is probably because you’ve attempted to upgrade to OJS 3.3, and OJS 3.3 requires that your database tables use the MySQL InnoDB engine, not the MyISAM engine. You’ll need to talk to your systems administrator in order to resolve that problem. Foreign keys are only possible with InnoDB.

Do you have an older backup from before you used the quick submit plugin to roll back to? Now that you’ve restored from backup, are there error messages in your logs related to the problem?

Sir days are going, but no one can sort out my problem. The problem is we did not use ojs for a while when we login, admin control show us the loading on the top of the screen.
Otherwise, my website is working.
Please suggest some alternative ways to sort this problem

In order to get php error logs, you need Webserver hosting username and password. So, if you have that information, I might help you.
