Load article in indexJournal.tpl (OJS 3.1.2.4)

Hi,

I use the OldGregg theme in my journal and had made some customizations. I use {$issue->getTitle($locale)} to show the article issue, but I have noticed that the current issue is always loaded in this string.
I was looking for information in google.com. I have tried a lot of different strings based on [OJS API Reference ] but nothing solved my question. With {$article->getData(‘issued)} I can load article issue id, but can’t load issue title.

How can I load the respective article issue in indexJournal.tpl file?

Hi @11127,

Old Gregg theme displays the most recent and popular articles on the index page. Do you want to show the issue title for each article in both blocks or only one of them?
