From my Editor and Administrator window I can see and follow well all the
paper I assigned to Co-editor.
But Coeditors also see the whole list of paper without recognize their own
assigned papers.
Consequently, they are obliged the search one by one every time, or they are
obliged to create an external file.
There is no possibility, allowed in the previous version, of sending mails
in CC.
The archive pages must be avery time checked from the beginning.
This is time consuming.
Previously they were divided in progressive and successives pages so we
easily could find the appropriate paper number.
In the previous version there wasn’t these problems.
On the submission list questions, @NateWr has been working on a replacement implementation that will be included in OJS 3.1 (our next release). This may resolve some of the issues you mention – perhaps Nate can confirm.
On email recipients, we’ve had some community interest in adding this feature to the 3.x line of releases, but haven’t prioritized it yet. If you have particular use cases, they would be useful to hear.

Editors can see all active submissions under the “Active” tab. But they should only see submissions they’ve been assigned under the “My Queue” tab. If they’re seeing everything in the system there, perhaps they’re being assigned to every paper? For instance, section editors can be automatically assigned to a submission in their section. Is that happening?

We’re no longer using pagination on the submission lists. However, from version 3.1 you’ll be able to search the list by ID if you know which submission you’re looking for. It will also be easier to search by title and author, as well as segment by stage and section, to help editors quickly find the submissions they want.
