Link from 'Editorial Team' to a static page

Hi,

I have created a static page for our ‘Editorial Team’. All worked nice, it looks like I want it to and it displays in the menu bar as item. But how can I link from the built-in Editorial Team section (About the Journal → People → Editorial Team) directly to this static page?
