Limited administration account rights after upgrade to 3.3.0-10

I upgraded my OJS to 3.3.0-10 version (last stable version) and after we performed it, our administrator use, has been a limited account. We are facing some permissions errors. Follow the screen error. Can you help us to verify if this is normal?`

Does this user have all of the permissions as part of their role (and the relevant roles assigned)?
