Have any US-based OJS publishers begun receiving demand notices from the Library of Congress regarding the mandatory deposit of serials published only online?

If so, can you comment on your current workflow or any plugins you have developed to facilitate this transfer? (The preferred method is an automated deposit of metadata in JATS or NLM 3.0, with accompanying galleys, via FTP.)
