Layout Editor can not download Production Files

We use ojs-3.1.1-4

When an author and an editor add a discussion in the copyediting stage, and the file of this discussion goes to production stage, the layout editor asigned to this stage can not download the file.

We think the issue is that the layout editor did not participate on the discussion.

Hi @Enrique_Manuel_Touce,

Have any of the files been moved over to the production stage? If so they should appear in this section of production.

As the layout editor typically isn’t a participant in the copyediting stage, this shouldn’t be an issue.

This is the problem , when a file of this discussion goes to prodruction the layout editor has not access to this file.

We have same problem. When copyeditor uploads a file, layout editor can’t access that file in production stage. If jurnal editor re-upload the file, than layout editor can download it.
