We upgraded from 2.4.8 to 3.1.2 in a test environment. When trying to submit an article the drop down for Language does not work. No languages show up. It only says under it that this field is required.
We can’t go any further.
Solved,
language was not set for “Submissions” and “Forms” in Settings → Website → Languages. After i set it, it was ok.
