Justboil.me uploads but pic not seen

While I can upload images under journal content section. This uses justboil.me plugin. But these images are not displayed on the webpage. Under content page itself, the pictue is not displayed. Can something be done about it?

It sounds like you’re asking about OJS. What version are you using? (Please include this in your posts.)

Have you checked the webpage to see what markup is included for the image you expect to see, e.g. whether it’s referring to the wrong path or something similar?

Hi,

Yes, OJS, the latest version, 3.0.2. It shows uploaded, but instead of image, I see an icon which is broken. In another installation, it uploads perfectly.

Hi @nainrs,

Are you handy with HTML? If so, you’d view the page source where the image isn’t appearing, and look for the <img> tag that should include the image.

If not, please post an example URL and point out where you’d like an image to appear.

Hi,

I am not handy with HTML, but I want the image to appear in the additional content section on the journal appearance under website settings. Could you help? I can upload the image, but it shows up like an image icon with a broken line in it. So the image is not visible, what I see is just a box kind of thing.
