Journal Signature box missing from Workflow settings > Email tab

Hi,
I have two journals in my OJS. In one of my journal email signature box is present while in the other journal this box is altogether missing from workflow > email tab.

Did I miss something to enable/disable?

OJS: 3.4.0.1
PHP: 8.1
