Our journal is not accessible for readers since the last update / new version of the PKP system. The landing page (journal-alm.org) is always the login for registered users. We have done all the required changes and are now desperate to re-create open access to our journal!

Check in Settings > Distribution > Access, and also in Users & Roles > Site Access Options.

I know it is an old post, but we have the same problem on a new journal added to our portfolio. We don’t want to use the current issue as landing page /first/home page, but rather a text page like about the journal or a custom page. It appears that the first thing a visitor has to do is register. I have checked your indications in Settings > Distribution > Access, and also in Users & Roles > Site Access Options and they do not require a sign in to read contents. *
What is the matter…? How can we go around this?
