Journal editors are not automatically assigned to new submissions. As Journal Manager, I have to assign them to every submission. Do I have to make Journal Editors as Section Editors too for them to be assigned so they can see everything on the dashboard?
What application are you using?

I have not had them added but I have added them now. Will that make a difference?
It should. Perhaps make a test submission and see if it works.

Adding Journal Editors as Section Editors has not resulted in them being automatically added until I ticked their names under each Section listed under Journal Settings. Thanks.
