I installed Lucene search plugin and I have got the Search menu in Navigation bar with search form. I would like to place option to search in right sidebar too. It appears in user pages when I am logged in as admin but it does not appear on public pages. Please advise

I noticed that Navigation and user specific role block actually are blocks that I looked for. Maybe they should have more specific and explicit names such as Search block and Browse by block so the users will select them in a more straightforward way.
