Issues with recaptcha

I am currently on OJs version 3.1.1.1. I have recaptcha turned on for registrations. After users enter the required information to register and click to verify the captcha, they come across the below error message:

Errors occurred processing this form:

• You did not pass the validation check used to prevent spam submissions.

Not sure if I am missing something but I have PHP openssl enabled and allow_url_fopen = On.

Any help is much appreciated.

I forgot to assign my CACERT file. All is working fine now.
